배송 물품

젠모니에서 결재된 모든 상품은 일본에서 배송됩니다. 두 가지 배송 방법은 EMS (국제특급우편) 와 E-Packet입니다.EMS는 빠르고, 배송 상태를 온라인에서 언제든지 확인 할 수 있으며, 우선 순위로 처리되고 분실과 손상은 보상해주는 등의 혜택을 합리적인 가격에 제공하고 있습니다. 2kg 미만의 물품은 E-Packet 배송 옵션이 선택 가능합니다. E-Packet은 대부분 더 저렴한 가격으로 EMS비슷한 속도로 배송되며 추적 가능합니다. 두 옵션의 가격은 상품 페이지에서 확인 가능합니다. Recently we added three new shipping options: "AIR", "SAL" and "SEA" (Surface). With "AIR" (International Air Mail) the fees are relatively high since posts will be sent by air. The "AIR" option becomes cheaper than EMS with heavier orders (more than 5kg). With "AIR" option, products are delivered approximately in 6-14 days. "SAL" (also called "Economy Air Mail") is a service where international mail is handled as airmail between the two countries and as surface mail within the destination country. This service is generally slower than "EMS" or "AIR" options, but the shipping rates are more affordable. With the "SAL" option, products are delivered approximately in 7-16 days. With "SEA" (Surface) mail products are sent by surface (by ship and rail). With this option the shipping rates are the most affordable. While the delivery period (stated on the Japan Post website http://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/service/dispatch/index_en.html) for this option is 1-3 months, it takes no longer than one month on average to deliver to developed countries. Similarly to "EMS" and "E-Packet", products shipped with "AIR", "SAL" and "SEA" are insured and have their tracking numbers. PLEASE NOTE that the delivery period may be considerably longer for countries with undeveloped transportation.

젠모니에서 결재된 모든 주문은 추적 가능합니다.EMS 배송을 택하셨을 시에 EL123456789JP 와 같은 식별 번호를 받게 되며 E-Packet 배송 방법을 택하셨을 시에는 RR123456789JP와 같은 식별 번호를 받게 됩니다.물품이 배송되면 고객님의 이메일로 주문 ID와 추적 링크가 발송됩니다.고객님께서는 추적 정보에서 회수 날짜, 발송 날짜, 도착 날짜, 세관 통과 날짜, 우체국 처리 과정과 마지막 배송 날짜를 모두 확인하실 수 있습니다.
