Purple turmeric

Purple turmeric has a whitish light purple rhizome without turmeric's distinct curcumin yellow pigment and contains an abundance of cineole, azulene, and camphene essential oil ingredients. Its unique aroma, similar to stomachics, is its specialty. Generally processed powder or capsule supplement. Research in recent years has shown that it has stomach and intestine mending properties, and can also be used as a diet supplement.

[Note for use]

Purple turmeric contains large quantities of essential oil ingredients instead of mostly curcumin. This allows it to excess cholesterol in the blood. Moreover, multifaceted effects including headaches, stiff shoulders, period pain, stomach and intestinal effects including diarrhea, constipation, and effects that annihilate helicobacter pylori bacteria which causes gastritis and gastric ulcers have been reported.

How to use:	Take about 10 tablets 2-3 times a day.
