Nankotsu No Chikara - Miyakojima Shark Chondroitin

“Chondroitin” is a Greek word that means “the essence of the cartilage.” Chondroitin is needed for the health of our joints, and it is an essential component of the glutinous substance that prevents friction between bones. Chondroitin is contained in large amounts in the eyeball and cornea and in the skin, tendons, and liver, but it also connects all 60 billion cells in our body. Chondroitin is also needed to control the water content in our body, which explains its direct relationship to the state of our skin.

It is not a secret that chondroitin has become one of the driving forces helping the aging Japanese society to remain active and lively. A groundbreaking technology that allows us to extract chondroitin from shark liver oil intact was used in this product. We only use Centrophorus atromarginatus (aizame) shark from Miyako island (Okinawa prefecture, Japan), which limits the annual production output to just 30,000 units per year. Compared to other products, the chondroitin contents is colossal: more than 50 grams of pure chondroitin per one box (each capsule contains more than 500mg of chondroitin).

This product contains no artificial additives and has undergone a sterilization process.
