How to use:
Add 1–5 grams of mozuku seaweed extract powder to a glass of water (100–150 ml), wait for 3-5 hours, then mix the contents of the glass with a spoon or mixer. Make sure the consistency is uniform. If too thick, add more water and mix again. Take before or after meals. If you have any unusual reactions, stop using this product. Attention! This product contains no additives, which makes it harder to dissolve it in water.
