Fermented black garlic is made without food additives and is fermented naturally at a constant temperature and humidity. Its antioxidant power is 10 times of the raw garlic. In addition, this product contains S-allylcysteine which is not present in raw garlic, and which strengthens the health effects of garlic. Black vinegar extract powder and moromi vinegar powder are made in Kagoshima (Kyushu Island, the south-western part of Japan). This product is rich in nutrients including multiple aminoacids. This product adds black vinegar extract powder, moromi vinegar powder and Vitamin B1 to the fermented black garlic extract.
