Mozuku (Cladosiphon okamuranus tokida) seaweed is harvested and dried in a hygienic and responsible manner in Okinawa, Japan. Almost 90% of dry mozuku is fucoidan. In order to improve the absorption of fucoidan from mozuku it is recommended to put some vinegar in it after soaking it in water. After soaking in water, mozuku brown seaweed increases about 5 times in size.
How to use:
Take the necessary amount of dry mozuku seaweed and soak it for 2-4 minutes in water. After that you can season it to your taste. It can also be used in salads, soups and bouillons.
